The Belcourt Theatre and Ryman Auditorium are also located in the city limits. The annual CMA music festival is also held in Nashville.

The Nashville Symphony Orchestra performs at Schermerhorn Symphony Center.  Nashville also has an extensive park system. Warner Parks features a learning center, scenic drives, hiking trails, horse trails, and the annual Iroquois Steeple Chase. Old Hickory Lake and Percy Priest Lake both feature fishing, water skiing, sailing, and boating. Percy Lake is home to the Vanderbuilt Sailing Club. Centennial Park is home to a full scale reconstruction of the original Greek Pantheon.

Nashville is also home to some interesting historical sites. Fort Nashborough, Fort Negby, the Tennessee State Museum and the Tennessee Capitol Building are all popular historic sites. The Hermitage, one of the oldest presidential homes open to the public is also located in the Nashville area.

The Tennessee Titans of the NFL and the Nashville Predators of the NHL are the two professional sports teams that reside in Nashville. The Music City Motorplex is also located in the area.
